Farzaneh Forouzesh is an Iranian filmmaker, film critic, translator, and musician. She has a degree in music from Tehran University of Arts, majoring in Iranian musical instrument Taar. She’s worked as a film critic for prestigious Iranian publications, and internationally for the magazine Cinema Verité. In 2021, she debuted as executive producer for The Afflicted, directed by Mehdi Fard Ghaderi. And Her Sleeve Wet With Tears is her debut as screenwriter, producer, and director.
