Submit your film before 15th February!
We are still accepting submissions for our 2021 edition, and if all goes according to plan, we will return to our festival home by the fjord, Grimstad, to celebrate the 44th Norwegian Short Film Festival, 9th to 13th of June.
The deadline to submit films to our international competition is 15th of February.
We have two categories; Fiction and Documentary. If you have a hybrid and/or experimental film and wonder in which category to submit, you can send us an e-mail: submissions(at)kortfilmfestivalen.no
International short films are eligible for the two following awards:
THE GOLDEN CHAIR for Best International Short Film is awarded 50.000 NOK.
THE GOLDEN CHAIR for Best Short Documentary Film is awarded 50.000 NOK.
