This documentary look at Tokyo’s Ginza neighborhood, one of the world’s most luxurious shipping districts, has been made using the chromaflex process that the director himself helped to develop. In this color hand processing technique, selected portions of the image can be developed as positive colors, others left as negative, and others can be black-and-white.
