FULL FESTIVAL PROGRAM FOR THE 48TH SHORT FILM FESTIVAL IS OUT NOW !

It is with great pleasure and pride that we can now present a diverse and complete festival program. We look forward to seeing you in Grimstad 11-15. June 2025!

INDUSTRY PROGRAM

In the Industry Program, we offer lots of relevant film industry content for industry professionals. The designated industry days are Thursday, Friday and Saturday with Film Talk, Master Classes, Work in Progress, Dramatic SOFA and more. Here are some highlights from this program:

The Gold Chair winner for Norwegian short film, Norwegian short documentary and international short film qualifies for Oscar® consideration.The following prizes will also be awarded:

The Hourglass Award, for a Norwegian short film/short documentary
- The prize winner will receive 15,000 kroner provided by Dramatikerforbundet
GRIMSTAD KOMMUNES UNGDOMPRIS, for an international short film/short documentary
- The prize winner will receive 5,000 kroner provided by Grimstad Municipality
