Oolluo Tseng grew up in different countries, including Taiwan, Switzerland, Vietnam, and Norway. He is currently a graduate animation student at UCLA, United States. His works often showcase the conception of being chained by society’s needs or trends in a witty approach. Presenting stories with absurdity is his style of filmmaking.
