FILM TALK: Lilja Ingolfsdottir and Thomas Robsahm

SATURDAY JUNE 14th AT 4 PM / PAN

In 2024, Lilja Ingolfsdottir’s feature film debut Lovable exploded in Norwegian cinemas, to high praise from both critics and audiences. In the eyes of Kortfilmfestivalen, Lilja is a very experienced filmmaker with dozens of short films under her belt before finally making her feature film debut.

The road from short film to feature film is not an easy one, and if you are to succeed, you need people around you who believe in you, who stick with you, and who lift you up. Producer Thomas Robsahm is just that person, and we look forward to talking to Lilja and Thomas about their collaboration on Lovable, and about their future projects. What is the most important thing a producer and a filmmaker can do for each other, and how can they ensure that the collaboration grows while maintaining good energy across projects and calendar years?

This event will be in Norwegian.

Lilja Ingolfsdottir is a screenwriter and director educated at The London Filmschool and FAMU, the Czech film school in Prague.
