How do you run an becomes® campaign for short films?

Kortfilmfestivalen is now an Oscar®-qualifying festival for two more categories in addition to Norwegian Short Film: International Short Film and Documentary Short Subject. Winning one of the three qualifying awards will start a process that for many is very foreign territory and an overwhelming journey towards the Oscar® nomination.
