Pet Follies tells the story of a depressed penguin who watches gardening shows on the couch. The penguin attempts to work through its depression by seeking therapy, by gardening and composting, among other things.

Anna Sofie Mathiasen
Anna Sofie Mathiasen was born in 1995 in Denmark, but lives and works in Oslo, Norway. She is a visual artist and filmmaker and graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Oslo in 2020. She has previously exhibited and screened her films at Galleri K (Oslo, NO), Kunstnernes Hus (Oslo, NO), and Kunsthall Oslo (NO), O – Overgaden (Copenhagen, DK) and Valencian Institute of Modern Art (Valencia, ES).
