After cryonically preserving his late wife, pioneer Alan (87) clings to the hope of reuniting with her in the future. But his newfound partner rejects cryonics, he must choose between a distant dream and the present.

Ömer Sami
Ömer Sami is a filmmaker of British, Irish and Turkish descent. His latest film «ETERNAL FATHER» (2023, The New Yorker) was Academy Award shortlisted. It screened at IDFA, Camerimage, CPH:DOX, Hot Docs, Sheffield DocFest among others, was nominated for a Danish Film Award. He received the Danish Arts Foundation’s 2024-2026 DUKE fellowship. He holds a BA in Psychology from UCLA and graduated from the National Film School of Denmark in 2023. Currently he is developing his first feature documentary with producer Monica Hellström, at Ström Pictures. He lives in Copenhagen.
