10 years later, filmmaker Viktoria Schmid repeats a cinematic experiment to investigate her similarity to her own sister. With the help of 960 16mm single frames and a specific rhythm, the film enables a perception that is only possible through film. Thanks to the phi-phenomenon and the fast cutting of the single frame-portraits the two faces emerge. The rhythm of the single frames changes from one frame alternating with one, until the maximum of 4 frames of Viktoria and 4 frames of her sister Katharina.
This film is the reenactment of the film KatharinaViktoria by Viktoria Schmid from 2011, in which the filmmaker did the same set-up 10 years ago.
