Yero Timi-Biu is a multiple award-winning writer-director for TV and film with projects for HBO, BBC, Channel 4, BFI, and Audible. Timi-Biu has also been a staff writer on original shows for Sky One and Netflix. Her short films as writer-director 0.5%, Signs, and Beneath the Surface, and as director Essex Girls have played at international festivals in competition such as BFI London Film Festival, Encounters, Aesthetica, and Hamptons International Film Festival. Timi-Biu was one of Edinburgh TV Festival’s prestigious ‘Ones to Watch’ for 2020/2021.
