A young woman notices a thin long hair on her chin. To her great dislike, the hair stretches out and becomes longer instead of yielding to the tweezers. After a moment of deep hopelessness, she gets a brilliant idea.

Ida Thronæs Rotli
Ida Thronæs Rotli is an animator based in Trondheim, Norway. Her love for animation started early when making stop motion videos with her teddy bears as lead characters. After completing her Bachelor’s degree in art, animation & VFX from Nord University in 2019, she has been working at Klipp og Lim Media as an animator. This formed a path and a love for 2D animation and Nip it in the bud is her first film with them. Recently she started her own production company, Overtenning Film, together with producer Guro Kobberød.
