Cristian Beteta is a Spanish director, writer and editor. His final degree project, the feature film Themesis (2020), was screened at festivals in Mexico, Canada and Spain, and got distribution. He took his Master’s Degree at ESCAC Film School in 2022, where he directed and produced the short films Until Forever (2021) and Imaginarium (2021), selected at festivals like Sitges Film Festival, Cortogenia, New Directors New Film Festival, Lille, Zaragoza, Elche, and more. His final MA Degree project, Help Me (2022), also had a great festival run and was a candidate for the Gaudí Awards. My Zone is his fourth short film as a director.
