Fredrik S. Hana graduated from film school in Stavanger in 2010, after which he co-created a collective with other aspiring film workers and started making short films and music videos as director, writer and editor. His film Angst, Piss & Shit (2013) premiered at Fantastic Fest in Austin, Texas, and between 2012 and 2020 his work has screened at 100+ film festivals, including the short films Autumn Harvest (2014), Sister Hell (2015), and Rosalina (2018). His debut feature documentary, CODE NAME: Nagasaki, won the Grand Jury Award for Best Documentary at Slamdance Film Festival in 2021.
