Victor Quach is a director and screenwriter from Drammen, Norway, whose films deal with identity and belonging told through small, everyday stories. He studied at the Ebeltoft European Film College and the National Film School of Ireland. His short film, A Midnight’s Lullaby, world premiered at the Norwegian Short Film Festival in 2023. His upcoming feature film project was one of six projects which received Norwegian Film Institute development grants for filmmakers of minority backgrounds.
