JADE HÆREM AKSNES is a director and screenwriter, graduated with a Master of Fine Arts in film directing from the prestigious American Film Institute (AFI). She has excelled in directing and screenwriting on a number of award-winning short films, including Pushing Night Away, The Restrictor and Golden Thread which have been selected for 75 international film festivals and won 18 awards. Pushing Night Away was also an Oscar-candidate for Best Live Action Short Film 2019 with Oscar campaign grants from the Norwegian Film Institute, and was selected for the Norwegian Film Institute's Film Collection 2019-2020. She is currently working on the development of her first feature film project.

GEIR FJERMESTAD ROLANDSEN is an editor, originally from Bryne, now living in Oslo. He graduated from the Norwegian Film School in 2018 and works with both fiction and documentary. He has edited a number of short films and documentaries, including Nattrikken, which won the Film Critics Award 2020, and Kuksvanen, which was shown the same year. In this year's edition, he has edited Stories from the Shower in the documentary category. THE NIGHT TRAM som vant Filmkritikerprisen 2020, og Kuksvanen som ble vist samme år. I årets utgave har han klippet Stories from the Shower i dokumentarprogrammet.

MONJA WIIK works in the art department on film and TV productions. She began her career as a costume designer, and is educated at Nordland Art and Film School and the Norwegian Academy of Fine Arts. Selected films are Headhunters, Blind, 90 Minutes and The Worst Person in the World. Of TV series, she has worked on Valkyrien, Occupied and State of Happiness, among others. Hodejegerne, Blind, 90 minutter and Verdens verste menneske. Av TV-serier har hun jobbet på blant annet Valkyrien, Okkupert and Lykkeland
